On-demand coaching. Anytime, anywhere.


The Challenge:
Make coaching more accessible for members for when they need it the most

Whether its help prepping for a big speech or a difficult conversation, the rapid pace of today’s workplace leaves members requiring additional support at times they need it the most. Therefore, the team was tasked with creating an experience unlike any other, we needed to meet the member where they were at, by giving them access to a world-class on-demand specialist who would be able to triage issues in as little at 30 minutes.


The Solution: On-demand coaching available within one hour, 24/7 to deliver in-the-moment support for whatever issues needing to be tackled

Unlike the traditional coaching model where members meet at a regular weekly or biweekly session cadence, an on-demand coach was designed to bridge the gap between those sessions and to address a range of issues within one hour, 24/7.


My Role: Senior Product Designer

The on-demand coaching feature had two major components, designing an experience for both the member and the admin side for the coach. I led the UX/UI design effort and collaborated closely with product management and engineering to bring to life a seamless on-demand coaching experience for our members as well as an intuitive experience for our coaches.
